Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, proactive problem solver, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer support, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Track sales performance and generate reports to assess progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
